- Clear pet waste from lawn areas near the building
- Arrange care for noise-sensitive pets or children if needed
- Move vehicles from the immediate work area if requested
- Turn off sprinklers near the building

Crew starts at sunrise. Tear-off day is the loudest. It gets quieter as installation progresses.
🧲 Nails & Debris
We run magnets after every tear-off. A few strays are possible — wear shoes near the work area.
🚗 Parking & Access
Staging areas will be marked. Pedestrian paths stay clear at all times.
🌧️ Weather Delays
If weather pushes our schedule, we'll post an updated notice. Safety first.
🧲 Found a stray nail? Snap a photo and send it to Kent. We'll send a crew for a dedicated clean sweep and drop off a coffee shop gift card for your trouble. We'd rather hear about it than have anyone step on one.
