Bermuda Palms

The property manager brought us in after a previous roofer installed a non-code-compliant roof that was leaking across the community. We identified every failure point, stopped the active leaks, worked directly with engineers to help the property manager build a legal case — then re-roofed the entire complex the right way.

1,200 roofing squares of concrete barrel tile across multiple occupied buildings. Residents never displaced. Every phase coordinated with property management to minimize disruption.

Les Chateaux Condominium

Post-hurricane restoration project. The ownership board fired their first restoration contractor and brought Ocean Group in to finish the job right. We installed a dual-system roof — Duro-Last Rhino Bond TPO on the flat sections and architectural shingles on the sloped areas.

This project required coordination with the condo association board, insurance adjusters, and property management simultaneously — while keeping every unit occupied throughout construction.

Madison County Courthouse

Historic renovation of a functioning courthouse and clock tower in Madison, Florida. Every detail executed in accordance with historic preservation standards to maintain the building's architectural integrity — from the domed cupola to the ornate clock tower.

Clay barrel tile installation, below-grade waterproofing of the domes, structural reinforcement framing, and specialty fabrication work. The kind of project that requires craftsmen, not just roofers.

Sun Harvest Citrus

Commercial re-roof of one of Fort Myers' most iconic landmarks — the Sun Harvest Citrus facility off Six Mile Cypress Parkway. A Southwest Florida institution since 1940, serving as both a retail destination and working citrus operation.

This was a specialty installation — Rhino Bond TPO flute-filled system installed over an existing standing seam metal roof. Not a standard tear-off-and-replace. The kind of engineered solution that requires crews who understand layered roof assemblies and manufacturer-specific welding protocols.
